Oakham Rutland Face to Face Meeting May 29th

The time is fast approaching when our next face to face meeting takes place in the historic Market Town of Oakham in Rutland on May 29th.

We shall meet in the Congregational Church Hall, on the High St. It is conveniently situated within a few minutes’ walk from Oakham railway station. There is also a large pay and display Carpark just around the corner.

We’ll gather for the meeting any time after 10.00 for tea, coffee etc. with a view to commencing at 10.30. Lunch arrangements are flexible. You can either bring your own food and drink and eat in, or pop out and buy sandwiches etc., or visit a nearby takeaway Café, several of which are 2 minutes’ walk from the venue.

Please bring material to display (though that isn’t obligatory). The cost for the day will be £10. For information, the display boards hold nine sheets comfortably or twelve if the sheets are A4 size and slightly overlap the edge of the board.
