The information needed if you want to have an article published in the PHS Journal

The Editor of the PHS Journal asked that a message be sent to all members who were considering sending an article to the Journal, with details of font sizes that are best suited for the purpose. She does not have software to convert PDFs and asked that articles be sent to her in Word using Rockwell font. With Capitals for the title (18). Name of author ( 14) & Text (11). Images to be sent separately. With Fig.1, Fig. 2 etc highlighted in the text.
