Mike Birks and I are putting together a book of what we hope will be the most comprehensive list of signatures of all those authorised to used the Free Post system in the UK from 1832-1840. We only have 5 more to find and we need the help of collectors of Free Franked items in this quest and if you know of anyone who might be able to help, then please forward this message to them.

Cadwallader WADDY MP County Wexford 3 July-29 Dec.1834. 15 February 1783 – 7 February 1843
