It is with considerable sadness that we have to advise you that Robin Pizer FRPSL passed away yesterday morning, 11th March, after a long illness. Many of you will have known him and admired his detailed knowledge of German postal history, not to mention his gentle sense of humour. Robin was very pleased to have attended our Annual Conference at Torquay last October. We understand that the funeral will be for the family only but there may be a memorial service at a later date.
